		<description>Hello, although I&#039;ve never done it, from what I&#039;ve found you shouldn&#039;t. Resanding or regrinding granite floors can cause the granite to change colors which might not be to appeasing to the homeowner.</description>

		<description>Should be able to, Tyroc&#039;s been engineered to handle loads of over 5000 pounds per square foot (means you can have a big slate pool table down there as well if you&#039;d like). With a Tyroc subfloor,  they are built to help extend the life of basically all floor coverings from carpet to laminate to engineered wood to ceramic tiles.</description>
